Below is an image of a planning permit issued by a council as well as an approved (endorsed) site and elevation plan. These form the main part of the planning permit.

As per the first condition on the permit, the development shown on the endorsed plans must not be altered or modified unless otherwise permitted by the Responsible Authority (the council). This means an applicaton must be made to council via Secondary Consent or a Section 72 Amendment to modify the plans.
