The application requirements

Planning applications should include:

• A completed application form and/or online lodgement.
• Payment of the prescribed application fee set by the state government.
• Copy of the property title including: the ‘Register Search Statement’, the Title Diagram and the relevant ‘Instruments’.
• Plans
• The information required for the class of planning application dependent on the permit triggers. These information requirements are set out in the planning scheme, in the zones, overlays and state and local policy.
• Signed or agreed declaration on the application form or as part of the declaration.
